I have nothing really to do today so I’m messing around making a logo in Illustrator. I just need to add the lettering in there.
For someone with a terribly slow, halting, and inefficient process, I sure do like taking progress shots
ok i’m sort of happy with the background but there’s going to be more elements that cover up all that work i originally did because i’m dumb and don’t plan ahead
here is a really gross and messy wip!!

saw WIR for the second time today. definitely going to see it again, probably next weekend.
this started out as a sketch where i tried to draw my wheatley like he was actually wearing a turtleneck and now I’m planning to make it a full color pic, with a background and everything. what is he looking at, I wonder?

Hey so both times I tried to work on the line art for this thing I got distracted
either by being very tired at 5 AM or by being on the phone with someone who sucks the joy out of life for four hours
I think what’s throwing me off is that the faces don’t have enough of their likeness?
I definitely want to re-try at least Steve and Ricky’s faces and also maybe fix Steve’s arm and the teapot spout because it’s clearly overcompensating for something. and there’s a tangent line on Steve’s jacket I keep futzing with
anyone want to help out & point out other wonky things they might have noticed?

posting this WIP while I still like it because this is the most fun I’ve had shading in a long time. I’m on the final stage and actually really looking forward to what this poster is going to look like when it’s done :D
lost a follower?? I stared really hard at the list trying to figure out who but sadly… well, actually, not sadly. Happily, everyone I care about is still there.
Today was pretty awesome and I hope everyone else’s Saturday is going well. Also I wanted to show you this WIP. I am vastly pleased with how this is going:
(lol the radius + ulna are sort of oddly off-center, gotta fix that later. also gotta clean up face a bit more)

Ludo Challenge + Poster WIP
Day 25: Do you/ would you get a Ludo tattoo. What is it?/ What would it be?
I thought about this one for a long time and finally settled on a Manta Ray. If I were to do it, I mean. Manta Rays have always been significant to me for various reasons and when I heard Ludo’s song Manta Rays it was like a clandestine moment.
In other news, I finished the first print/poster design and I’m finally lining the second. Here’s a peek at the underlying sketch. It is a Ludo poster.
